Sending out thank you cards, birthday cards and cards in every catagory has championed my goal as an health insurance broker to impact my clients on a personal level. The old addage: people don't care how much you know until they see how much you care is so true. Besides, why would I not want to go through this life and build relationships with those that I do business with? That personal connection with my clients gives me the ability and inspiration to love my job because of the friendships that I make along the way. I am cant testify to the importance of connecting with your clients.
